What We Ask of You
At Seattle Sleep, you are in charge of your health. We treat you like a capable adult, not a chart number.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
You gather and upload relevant records from the past two years
This includes prior sleep studies, encounter notes, and provider information so we can coordinate care with your permission.
You help build your Seattle Sleep Profile
Your history, symptoms, and lived experience matter. We do not rush through this or delegate it to guesswork.
You complete your profile before scheduling a full clinical visit
Once all relevant information is in place, you’ll be invited to book an in-person appointment. This ensures your first meaningful visit is focused, informed, and productive.
We do not chase paperwork for you anymore. That’s intentional. You are not being “processed.” You are being treated like a partner.

Your story is reviewed before you ever sit in the chair. You are not asked to repeat yourself for the fifth time.
We review your full history in advance
So your appointment time is spent on thinking, problem-solving, and planning, not data collection.
We screen what most sleep clinics ignore
This includes nasal breathing, airway structure, cardiovascular red flags, and patterns that affect your long-term health and daily function.
We stay involved
We don’t hand you a solution and disappear. Care only works if it works in real life.
This model takes more time, more thought, and more collaboration on both sides.
